  1.  What factors should be considered when deciding between overlooking an offence, and approaching the other person to talk about it?  What might be the benefits and drawbacks of each course of action?

  3. What methods of approach would be most effective in approaching an offender to ensure that you work toward resolution and restoration, without aggravating the dispute or grievance?
  4. Under what circumstances might it be best to involve others right away, rather than approaching the offender directly?
  5. If you have acknowledged your portion of responsibility in a broken relationship, and have confessed this to the other party, how should you respond if the other person does not reciprocate by accepting any portion of responsibility?  What further courses of action could be considered?
